We are so often taught its wrong to feel so called negative emotions and end up holding on to feelings of anger and resentment for fear of being judged or because we do not know how to deal with them.
When I teach Generative Trance, I teach my clients and students to completely acknowledge both positive & negative parts of the self and through this process of acceptance, letting go of anger, resentment, or any other such emotion becomes a natural process.
Through acknowledgement and acceptance of any emotion, letting go becomes the next natural psychological stage of moving forward and growing from the experience that resulted in whatever emtions we may have felt.
When we are able to accept both the dark and light, we are far more able to transcend beyond both and grow into something far greater than we may have ever imagined.
