Watch Your Habits

I was introduced to this many years ago whilst delivering Steven Covey's, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Management Development Programmes.  At the time it was one of the things that had the biggest impact on me and helped me look at myself in a different way.  

It still has that affect on me today, and every time I see this I notice how much I have grown, and how much I have learnt on my journey of awakening.  There is so much more room for me to grow and awaken and I am looking forward to all the new opportunities that come my way to enable me to do this.  

I encourage you all to notice, like I once did how this makes you feel and how differently it could make you look at your life.
